DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO COSTA RICA

DAY 2: SAN JOSE – PALMICHAL

DAY 3: WILDLIFE REFUGE WALKING TOUR
On this beautiful hike we will show you the Reserve of 42 ha of cloud forest at 1400m high where you can see parts of primary and secondary forest. You will know about the flora and fauna of the mountain, different types of butterflies, birds, gigantic trees and much more. During the tour you will reach points where you will have the opportunity to find views of lush greens from the forests surrounding the reserve.

DAY 4: HANGING BRIDGES TOUR
This tour is ideal for families who love nature but will leave the extreme thrills for another time, combining 3 activities to appreciate the biodiversity of Costa Rica. The treetop walkways provide the best way to safely admire the cloud forest canopy at your own pace. You will have the opportunity to appreciate a wide variety of flora and fauna of Monteverde and observe the endemic biodiversity of the cloud forest canopy which is not found anywhere else in the world. The hanging bridges provide the best vantage point to observe the beauty of the cloud forest in all its levels.We continue to the Butterfly Garden where you can see more than 30 different species of butterflies of different altitudes and climates found throughout Costa Rica. While enjoying the lush gardens and close contact with our large butterfly population, the guide will answer most questions regarding these beautiful creatures and their life cycles and individual habits. Finally, we will visit the Hummingbird Garden. We can observe more than 14 different species of hummingbirds, including some species that are not commonly seen. DAY 6: RANCH TOUR
You will have the opportunity to get up close with these wonderful animals, we teach you how to hand-milk one of our grass-fed cows. It is one of the most enjoyed family experiences. Dive into an experiential exploration of all aspects behind the sustainable and self-sufficient practices of Rancho Margot, from organic agriculture and food processing to energy production and carbon neutrality. DAY 7: ARENAL – CARIBBEAN SOUTH

DAY 8: ANIMAL RESCUE CENTRE, CHOCOLATE LADY AND WATERFALL TOUR
If you are into a little bit of education on local animals and cacao, followed by a short jaunt through the jungle to a waterfall, this is the tour for you. It combines three of your favorite local activities. You will learn how the center serves as refuge and rehabilitation for animals (monkeys, sloths, snakes, wild cats and more) as well as to have the opportunity to hold the monkeys living there. Then we will visit to an indigenous family to learn about the production of cacao. You will learn and see demonstrated the process by which the cacao fruit is transformed into delicious and unique chocolate. We end our day by hiking to a beautiful waterfall where you can swim if you’d like. Accommodation.
DAY 9: CARIBBEAN SOUTH
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the stunning beaches. The South Caribbean zone is one of the most privileged areas of the country. It is possible to find a diversity of beaches, and the best thing is the proximity. Let yourself go and explore the varied Caribbean beaches of white sand or black sand if you prefer. Either if you are looking for strong emotions or if you just want to rest, let yourself be carried away by what this cosmopolitan area of Costa Rica offers you. Among the activities you can do are visit to the Gandoca Refuge - Manzanillo, visit to beaches such as Cahuita, Cocles, Punta Uva, Chiquita and Manzanillo, take a tour at Cahuita National Park with snorkelling activity.
